Yes! Furtuna Skin’s loyalty program is available for all our customers. However, our auto-replenishment service is only available to customers in the United States.

How do I earn points in the La Famiglia loyalty program?

La Famiglia members receive 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases on furtunaskin.com. Eligible purchases include regular priced merchandise and exclude eGift Cards, Gift Cards, sales tax, state fees, discounts, shipping and delivery charge

How do I redeem my rewards?

Redeeming your points is easy! Sign in to your account at furtunaskin.com, then click on ‘Manage Rewards.’ This will open a page that shows you how many points you have earned and provide you with the option to redeem 750 points for a $75 reward.

Can I use my rewards codes in conjunction with another promo code?

No, you can only use one code per order as we do not allow code stacking. Rewards codes are also ineligible for use with auto-replenishment orders.

Do rewards codes have an expiration date?

Unless otherwise specified, rewards codes do not have an expiration date.

Do points ever expire?

Yes, points expire on a thirty-six (36) month rolling basis. For example, if you earn 100 points in November 2019, they will be valid for redemption until November 2022. You can track your point history in your rewards account.

What if I already have a Furtuna Skin account?

Perfect! You have automatically been enrolled in our La Famiglia loyalty program. We structured the program to be effective retroactively to November 1, 2019. Any purchases made since that date will be automatically reflected in your La Famiglia acco

Will my past purchases count towards my La Famiglia status?

Yes! All past, un-returned purchases with furtunaskin.com will automatically count towards your tier status upon sign up. However, if you have made purchases using more than one account in the past, please contact customer service for assistance.

Do my tier status and tier benefits expire?

Your status in a particular tier is based on the value of your lifetime earned points and does not expire. The higher the tier, the better the benefits. When you join, you’ll automatically be placed in Tier 1and be eligible for all the benefits Tier

If I cancel an order with a redeemed reward, do I get the reward back?

No, the reward will be marked as redeemed.

If I return items that I earned points for do I get to keep the points?

No - if you return items, the points associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from your points total.

Can I return a product that I received as a free reward from La Famiglia or exchange it for money?

No. Products received as a reward (e.g., birthday gifts, free products, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged for money or any other products or points.

What happens if I use a different email address when checking out?

You must use the email account associated with your La Famiglia loyalty account to earn points. We are unable to merge multiple La Famiglia accounts.

How do I terminate my La Famiglia membership if I no longer wish to participate?

If you decide you no longer want to be a part of La Famiglia, you can opt-out by contacting customer service.

How do I update, modify, or withdraw my account information?

May I share my account and/or La Famiglia points and benefits with someone else?

No. Neither accounts nor La Famiglia points and benefits may be shared or combined. Only the member paying for the products may accumulate points and benefits.

Do my points and benefits have any cash value?

No. Points and benefits earned through La Famiglia have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in the points and benefits. Products received as a La Famiglia reward cannot be returned or exchanged for money or any other

Yes. We reserve the right to change, without notice, La Famiglia benefits, how you achieve each La Famiglia tier, how you earn points and how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other La Famiglia activity.
